Xinrae's Flagger
[Build=OAej8NhsIPxTvp1GjlxGmVvJIA]
So may something like this be the new runner of today? Xinrae's got one hell of a buff I would say and with it is even viable for PvE (gasp).

everything is viable for PvE.. Altough you dont need AoE dmg anymoar - no more VoD and NpcS balling. So you will want to defend your GUild Lord the best way and runthe flag best possible - to not just give the opposite team morale boost but also 100+ hp on guild lord... so Monk Runner > All other tbh..
Also a question, Could anyone seen a LIfe Bond, Shielding Hands runner? Altough its gonna be quite boring spamming shielding hands but wouldnt that almost make him quite invicible or much more surviveability?

Add in wielder's remedy and possibly even drop the offensive skills.
That's what i've seen evolve that works the best.

It's pretty cool for all those snares they are gonna throw at the flag runner.

Caretakers/channeled assisting on a spike is the only reason to run a rit flagger atm. (Well unstrippable guardian is nice too.) For pure defense, monks will do the job better, and for split offense/defense the thrice nerfed AoE is less useful than a good spike skill.

Take out Ancestor's or Splinter Weapon. Both of those skills were powerful for killing NPC's at VoD, but there's no such thing as VoD anymore...

Caretakers isnt energy management. The skill pays for itself, and itself only...

I think people are looking too much into the bar.
The question is: will xinrae's weapon replace wor in a flagger bar. The life steal is 5 higher than wor, with the ability to reduce next hit to 5% (great for protting against any spike damage). You lose the ability to take off a condition, which is pretty big on splits (where the wor/xinrae flagger shines vs something like caretakers/oos). It's certainly worth a try, but I'd still prefer wor, at least when theorycrafting.
But who knows. It's not like I've played this game outside of ABs since the update.

Maybe just throw in Wielder's Remedy and you have a uber WoR with uber PS effect.

Yeah but in the time it takes to cast caretakers you've gained energy so constant use of it provides you with energy.

this logic is dumb and fails. of course theres enough energy for recup, the bar displayed is the same bar as before except xinraes weapon used to be weapon of remedy.

And LoD is essentially free.
Wielder's Remedy is pretty shitty, mostly because it's in spawning power, but also because it just kinda sucks.

Although the way he worded it is wrong, the general idea is correct. When you're using Recup + Kaolai + Warding on recharge, which you often need to, all of your energy is spent. Caretaker's gives you the ability to do something extra, since it is free.

Spent a good few hours today running xinrae's, and against the gimmick builds that are being run now, Xinrae's > WoR
Xinrae's = 3 second recharge, which is faster than a normal spike = spike relief
it heals for roughly 80 health, no matter how much dmg is take, and works on spells also
Xinrae's also means that a ritualist can go on a solo gank and kill just about every npc in the GH (apart from those next to GL) which is what is going to be needed considering the removal of thiefs, as this will mean you spen less time fighting NPCs to get to the guildlord, possibly wasting 1minute of time
(on a side note, wielders remedy is not spawning powers, but indeed restoration magic, and combined with xinraes gives a very powerful heal)

I won't lie, he actually had me thinking there for a second: "Hmm, he is right, you DO infact get energy back during the casting of caretakers"
Then I recalled the lovely blue bar with the 4 arrows we all love so much...

Thank god someone got what I was going for.
If you are spamming PWK, WoW, and Xinrea's on recharge that sounds like VoD which isnt happening anymore, if you are spamming these outside of old VoD it sounds like the mideline needs to step up to stop all this pressure.
Xinrea's I think will become part of the meta just like the ER Smiter has now too. It's just so different now not seeing VoD pop up and really really needing to push boosts for GL health.
